Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following locations only:
United States: Includes all 50 states and most US territories.
Canada: (Note: We do not ship to any other international destinations at this time).
US Shipping Costs & Methods
We offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Exact delivery dates and available shipping upgrades are calculated and displayed during checkout after you enter your shipping address. * Orders $75.00 and over: Receive Free 2-Day Shipping (requires a physical street address).
Orders under $75.00: Receive Free Standard Shipping. You can upgrade to 2-Day shipping for a flat fee of $4.00.
Faster Upgrades: Expedited options (like Overnight) are available at checkout; costs vary based on order size.
Canada Shipping Costs
Dynamic Pricing: Shipping costs for orders to Canada are calculated dynamically based on the size and weight of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout.
Carriers & PO Boxes
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship our orders. The specific carrier is selected automatically based on your order size and delivery date.
PO Box Restrictions: FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you enter a PO Box at checkout, your shipping options will automatically be limited to standard USPS delivery.
Physical Address Requirement: To access expedited options (like 2-Day or Overnight shipping), you must provide a physical street address.
Using Your Own Shipping Account: We do not ship on customer FedEx or UPS accounts. We manage all shipping and tracking internally to ensure quality and accurate delivery updates.
How to Track Your Order
Via Email: When your order ships, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Click the tracking link inside that email to see the status on the carrier’s website.
Via Your Account: Log in to your account and go to Order History. Select the order number and click the "Track" button at the top of the Order Summary page.
Local Pickup
Facility Pickup: We do not offer local pickup at our facility in Tinley Park. All orders must be shipped.
Special Shipping Requests: Drop Shipping & Multiple Addresses
Drop Shipping Policy: We can ship your order directly to your client or customer anywhere within the US and Canada.
No Pricing: Our shipments do not include any pricing information or packing lists.
Branding: Our shipments will include MakeStickers branding, our company name, and marketing inserts.
Blind Shipping: We do not offer blind or double-blind shipping. Your recipient will know the package came from MakeStickers.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses: If you need to ship designs to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping destination. This ensures address accuracy and inventory tracking.
Pricing Note: Quantity discounts and multiple-design discounts cannot be applied across separate orders. Each order is priced individually based on its own cart contents.
Adjusting an Existing Order: If you have already placed an order and suddenly need to split the shipment to multiple addresses, please contact us immediately! Ask to speak to an agent in the chat, call 1-800-347-2744, or email support@makestickers.com.
